DetailsThis yarn is a 2 ply thick and thin yarn. One ply is a thick and thin cotton and the other is a white synthetic thread. The cotton yarn takes the dye and the other ply stays white, giving the yarn a heather effect. The colors are orange from a bright orange to a medium peach and brown from a deep brown to a medium beige.
Each skein is 400 yards and weighs about 2.4 ounces. It wraps at 16 WPI. Would be good for knitting, crochet and other fiber crafts. Would be good as a weft thread in weaving.
Hand wash cold. Dry flat or hang. I use color-fast dyes and rinse many times, but there may still be some excess dye. I recommend using a color catcher as needed.
